I do. Each. Single. Time. After a while away from it, I really feel like the primary pace exercise makes me really feel like a wobbly child giraffe.
What makes these first exercises again doable (mentally) is figuring out that the health comes again quick too.
The coaching blocks that now we have performed don’t disappear, they’re nonetheless in there, however now we have to shake off the rust to get to it.
